Today we have the last lecture, so we have the opportunity to summarize, wrap up things,
and to ask questions. At least you can ask questions, whether I will be able to answer these.
I don't know, but you should also know whenever I cannot answer the question,
I will organize an answer by Wednesday morning with the oral exam.
So, is there anything you want to discuss with me before I start to summarize the intelligent medical image processing?
How much of the guest presentations are going to be asked on the exam?
Are we responsible for everything that was discussed in this?
What does it mean, guest? What Dr. Weber was explaining last week, I won't ask.
What my PhD staff members presented, I will ask.
SIFT and bilateral filtering and these things.
I basically ask what I know.
It's so simple, and I do not know so much.
No details.
Any further questions regarding the oral exam?
Are they all slides now online or are still some missing? Which ones are missing?
Eight.
What is eight? Eight point algorithm.
Image registration.
The other one.
The things we did yesterday.
Well, this is okay.
Can you send me an email? Reminder.
And think about the subject you are writing. You have to make it interesting.
Disaster.
Or I don't know.
I'm calling Psychatrix. What?
No.
I get hundreds of these emails.
My experience of life is that you get nothing for free.
And if you get something for free, they try to screw you up at any other point in time.
But a shocked student or I will sue you or whatever.
I call the president and something like that.
Good.
Any further questions regarding the oral exam?
How does the oral exam work?
I mean, most of you have attended already oral exams in my office.
I'm extremely relaxed. You are usually quite nervous.
Then I ask for your name and that's the first problem for most of you.
And then I usually ask the big picture.
That's the first question.
Sometimes I even say I do not ask the first question but give me the answer.
And then you have to draw the sticker.
That's one thing.
And the amazing observation is empirically, the amazing thing is that 60% of the students know it.
But 40% don't know it.
And that's something I cannot understand.
I mean, what were the topics of interventional medical image processing?
I mean, some students start like this.
We talked about images.
